Onyema Ajuogu graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a practising STEM profession.
Onyema Ajuogu served as National Point of Contact for Nigeria for Space Generation Advisory Council In Support of United Nations on Space Applications (SGAC). Onyema Ajuogu is the President and Founder of BSI, an initiative she created to give back. She is passionate about empowering young women and girls in developing countries through STEM education by use of multidiscipline tools to spark their interest in STEM fields.

Mahalakshmi graduated from Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. Prior to starting her education in the United States, she has interned and volunteered for a number of organizations in different parts of the world. Her professional experiences include working as an Aircraft Engineering Intern at Qatar Aeronautical College and as a Collections and Operations Intern at International Bank of Qatar. She has also volunteered for Sneha Care Home and Shining Star School in India, an organization associated with positively transforming the lives of children with HIV through education. She hopes to use her own knowledge and her experience to make a positive impact on the education of young women and to foster young women’s interest in STEM related field.
